    Job Description

    As Head of Retail (Multibrand), you will be responsible to identify new clients and sources of business within an assigned territory. You will seek and follow leads and referrals and regularly follow-up with existing and potential new clients. Head of retail must understand the market trend and needs, build a data-driven seasonal sales plan, and deciding the product life cycle by working with principals.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Responsible for profit and loss on Multibrand Business

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor/Master's Degree from reputable university
    • Min. 10 years experience working in Sales, specifically in Consumer Electronics.
    • Experience in managing P&L and big team (+/- 40 people)
    • Strong leadership & interpersonal skill.
    • Experience in managing retail offline business.
