Job Description
As Area Manager, you will be responsible to identify new clients and sources of business within an assigned territory. You will seek and follow leads and referrals and regularly follow-up with existing and potential new clients. Area Manager must understand the market trend and needs, build a data-driven seasonal sales plan.
Job Responsibility:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Responsible for profit and loss on assigned area.
- Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Having experience in Sales min. 3 years, preferable from mobile phone industry background
- Strong in sales method & techniques
- Good understanding about product profit & loss
- Strong network and long presence in the sales area
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Have a strong organization and leadership skills
- Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined
