Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible to handle and managing the store operational that has been assigned

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure achievement of store growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Manage and motivate the store staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information (stock opname and sales report).
  • Collaborate with partner to create activity or local event.
  • Ensure the safety of stock, finance and store assets.
  • Responsible for profit and loss on assigned store.
  • Responsible for other tasks that are assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has relevant experience as Store Leader/Store Head
  • Proven experience in Sales/Retail min. 3 years, preferable from mobile phone industry background
  • Strong knowledge in Sales Method & Techniques, Product Profit & Loss
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have a strong organization and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic, self-disciplined & integrity
