• Male, max. ages 33 years old

• Have Bachelor degree (S1) in Law from reputable university

• Having min. 3 years experience as HRGA supervisor

• Having knowledge in industrial relations and labours law

• Having experience in legal matter, as in composing legal opinion, legal policy and standard personnel document

• Able to handle Recruitment, Human Resources and Training matter in manufacturing company

• Having good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

• Mature, have leadership ability, good in team work

• Hard worker and able to work independently or under pressure
