eDOT is present as an e-commerce or marketplace in the form of mobile applications (mobile apps) and desktop web. The main services provided by eDOT are Sales/Purchase and Distribution of fastmoving consumer goods involving Brand Owners (Principles), Distributors, Wholesalers, to Retailers

- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI models into chatbot solutions.

- Design and implement data processing and analysis pipelines to improve AI model performance.

- Regularly review and update AI models to ensure they remain cutting-edge and relevant to market needs.

- Develop personalized AI features to enhance user experience and engagement.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide business strategy.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.

- Proven experience with AI model development and deployment.

- Experience with OpenAI models or similar AI platforms.

- Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.

- Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

- Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
