Job Description

  • This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training. 

Shift Information – 1st Shift – 6AM-230PM

  • Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
  • Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
  • Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
  • Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
  • Scan “checked out” paperwork and file documentation appropriately

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Pay/Benefits/Perks

  • $18.20
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
  • Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
