Job Description

The Business Solution Analyst at TA Services plays a key role in improving business operations by identifying technical challenges and implementing effective system-based solutions. This position works closely with various departments to design optimized processes, troubleshoot application issues, and support system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, programming concepts, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Learn core systems and business unit operations to identify technical challenges and solutions
  • Design, configure, and develop optimized business processes supported by technology
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
  • Analyze and provide input on system enhancement requests to support decision-making
  • Document business applications and assist with software lifecycle management

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Experience

  • Experience in similar business analyst or IT solution roles preferred (3-4 years ideal)
  • Computer programming and systems analysis/design
  • Software reference libraries, security systems, and networking
  •  Familiarity with multiple programming languages
