Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution
Manage daily logistics operations for assigned customers, including planning, shipment updates, delivery exceptions, and auditing large LTL shipments.Customer Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates, professional support, and proactive issue resolution.Afterhours Coordination
Submit detailed tickets and ensure thorough handoff of logistics issues to the Afterhours team with all necessary context and documentation.Billing & Audit
Ensure accurate billing references, resolve discrepancies with the Freight Audit team, and manage unbilled reports for timely invoicing.Team Support & Collaboration
Assist team members with operational tasks to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented logistics environment with frequent interaction across internal departments and external customers. The position is primarily desk-based, using logistics platforms and communication tools throughout the day.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
Experience
2+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
Proficient with logistics systems, customer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience auditing shipments and managing logistics documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Annual Salary: $50,000
