Job Description
The Warehouse Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the startup of new warehouse operations. This is a multifaceted role supporting all aspects of a new operation to meet both company and customers' expectations.
Qualifications
- Participate in RFP analysis to define operational requirements.
- Lead the New site implementations
- Hire & Train site management to adhere to company standards and expectations.
- Oversee the physical setup of new locations.
- Recruit and build effective teams.
- Communicate progress to management and customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Onboard initial employees at new sites.
- Audit existing site operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train current site management on operational best practices.
- Establish site KPIs and controls to ensure autonomous success.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Travel required: minimum 30%.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university; an emphasis on Operations Management or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a 3PL environment preferred
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations and services
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Self-starter, team player who can independently manage time and projects
- PC literate with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Outlook, Access, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- Apply process improvement methods applicable to the field and designs plans for implementation
