• Experience of incentivising and motivating a sales focused team
• Meet monthly goals and KPIs for self and for team.
• Customer service experience and the ability to Deal with difficult customers.
• Create, maintain and publish productivity and related reports
• Manage and solve client queries required Candidate profile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have excellent soft skills
• Well versed with MS office (MS Excel)

• Salary Range: 28,000/- to 40000/- (totally depending upon the experience & last salary in hand)
• Shifts: Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Majorly Night shifts
