Job Description

The scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books and bank accounts
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivables, i.e. deposits, credit card receipts, invoicing, payments, etc.
  • Responsible for billing such as tracking invoicing and following up on payments
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations
  • Supervised preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports
  • Assistance with yearly statutory reports and coordination with external auditors

Qualifications

  • Professional training in the field of Accounting (College/University degree)
  • At least 1 year of experience of independent work in Finance/Accounting
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP
  • Proficient English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Experience in an international company is a plus
