Job Description

This is a part-time and office-based position in Palermo, City of Buenos Aires. 

The position will be responsible for:

  • Office maintenance: ordering/controlling office supplies, couriers, coordinating cleaning staff activities, receiving visitors, verifying proper functioning of office items
  • Supporting visitors with hotel booking, transportation, etc.
  • Assisting remote staff with printing and general office needs 
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Collecting information to obtain payments´ approvals
  • Supporting Finance & Accounting and Human Resources areas with specific assignments
  • Supporting errands, as required

Qualifications

  • Previous general administrative experience of maximum 2 years
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Students or recent graduates in the areas of administration, accounting, HR or similar
