• Support the mechanical needs of projects throughout the greater Ohio area
• Perform diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair on a variety of heavy construction equipment
• Make equipment deliveries to projects as needed
• Be willing to travel and work weekends
• Commitment to following safe work practices
• Pass pre-employment testing and physical
• Believe in Continuous Improvement and Leadership programs
• Provide superior service to company and customer employees

• Possess basic tools of the trade
• Have a valid CDL class A in good standing
• Have working knowledge of automotive, diesel, hydraulics and electrical components
• Prior experience repairing heavy duty construction equipment
• An open mind towards new processes and systems
• An innate belief in doing things the right way
• A winning attitude, supportive personality traits, and objective mindset.
