• This position is responsible for providing a full range of drawing production work including problem analysis, design layout and calculations on non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
• May coordinate drafting activities.
• Produce complete plans from verbal or written descriptions from responsible registered professional.
• Apply formulas, principles and practices.
• Demonstrates ability to exercise independent design decisions.
• Position demonstrates moderate to high level of knowledge of assigned and related disciplines.
• Effectively use one or more discipline related software packages required to perform assignments.
• Successfully correspond with clients or outside personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting technology or related field.
• Minimum eight years of related progress detailing and design experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Previous related consulting experience preferred.
• Maintain CAD proficiency and master current CAD systems.
• Effectively use multiple application packages where necessary including advanced level commands.
• Shows understanding of advanced applications development and use.
• Field experience is desirable.
