We basically just need someone who has experience in Managing/Leading/Coordinating software testting.

• Highschool Diploma (required) 
• Minimum 4 years Test Coordinator/Lead Manager Experience in an IT environment and 6+ years of overall professional experience
• CSTE (Certified Software Tester) or ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board)

• Understanding of Testing/QA techniques, practices and processes
• Experience with planning and leading QA efforts
• Thorough knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle process
• Ability to provide necessary support to the gathering and writing of accurate complete test materials
