Job Description
- Provide consumer service support experience by monitoring and responding to inbound service related messages through different channels.

- Work with the management and product teams to provide insights gained from our conversations with the consumer.
- You'll utilize systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to consumer inquiries and to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- College Degree (B.A or B.S) Communication or Marketing - preferred (Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience)
- Superior knowledge in customer service and retail experience
- 1 yr experience in marketing research or customer contact position.
- Athletic experience
