Join us in growing trees for future generations forests

With your help, PRT has grown over 4 BILLION forest seedlings and we are only looking to add to that number with more help from you! We are currently recruiting seasonal Nursery Workers to assist with our upcoming harvest of tree seedlings for reforestation across North America.

This engaging, high paced, physical position offers a safe work environment and an opportunity for a career that will make a positive change in the world.

What a position with PRT offers:

o    Our PRT nurseries are vibrant and fun communities with employees who share a strong passion for the “green” nature of our business and doing their part in regenerating the forests of North America

o    We provide a supportive team structured environment, a strong safety culture, and a commitment to the environment

o    Paid training provided at $15.20/hour

o    Piece Work with greater earning potential; your motivation drives your wage

o    Flexible work shifts to accommodate varying schedules

o    Work is available early October to middle of December with an opportunity to join other projects for ongoing career paths, development and personal enrichment

What you need for a position with PRT:

·         Energetic and pays attention to detail

·         Positive attitude and a team player

·         Work is meticulous and physically demanding; ability to stand for lengthy periods of time, walking, repetitive lifting, (light to medium weight objects), and performing repetitive movements

·         Appropriate clothing required; Indoor and outdoor work, must be able to work in varying weather conditions
