PRO digitizing is a small family of designers and professionals looking for a new member to help lead us to the next level. Our virtual doors opened in 2004, servicing the embroidery and apparel industry with digitizing services. You may not be familiar with apparel or embroidery but don't let that scare you away. As long as you are curious and love to learn, we'll take care of teaching you the rest. We are in search of an Account Executive to head our industry-leading customer service and expand our client portfolio while supporting existing accounts. We have several sources of warm leads and it is up to you along with your team to prospect and close them. We are seeking a professional who knows how to find their way to a decision-maker and provide creative solutions for a variety of customers. Professionalism and technical expertise will be the cornerstones of your success. • Two years or equivalent experience in account management or sales; equivalent experience may suffice
• Proven ability to develop relationships with clients
• Sales or account acquisition skills
• Strong customer relations skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Exposure to the Adobe suite, preferred but not required
• Serious tech-savviness - we can't stress this enough, you need to be comfortable and quick with the computer
• An ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
