Job Description

PROCON is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our shop, warehouses, and facilities running efficiently. If you enjoy staying active, working with tools and equipment, and being part of a collaborative team that builds beautiful buildings, this could be the perfect fit.

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks related to shop organization, equipment maintenance, material deliveries, and facility upkeep. This position plays a key role in supporting both PROCON and XSS Hotels’ projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain equipment needed for projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist drivers with loading tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Perform tool maintenance and small engine repairs.
  • Organize shop equipment and materials in the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Receive deliveries and load trucks.
  • Make deliveries to various job sites using a company van and/or rack body truck as needed.
  • Process pick tickets accurately within our inventory management system.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support company event setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Move office furniture to accommodate team changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
  • Ability to be forklift certified.
  • General warehouse experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative, professional demeanor with the confidence to support senior leadership.
  • High integrity with sound ethical judgment.
