Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams.
• Develop and review detailed construction specifications.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members.

• 10-15 years of architectural experience.
• Proven track record of leading architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Licensed architect preferred.
