As a Director of Sales, you will be the first team member our future residents and their families will meet at Bella Terra. You will cultivate new relationships with prospects through empathy and listening, keeping in mind our dedication to a culture that focuses on wellness and making a positive difference in seniors’ lives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Build relationships with seniors on a personal level using real empathy for them and active listening to increase both sales effectiveness and resident satisfaction
  • Build trust and show that you hear and understand what your prospect is going through
  • Use Prospect-Centered Selling and manage the Sherpa CRM
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that focus on meeting/exceeding occupancy goals by identifying and developing referral sources
  • Develop and implement all aspects of the sales and marketing plan, conduct and coordinate lead management, deliver sales presentations, and outreach to community networking events
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in identifying appropriate markets for sales strategies
  • Ensure all quality lead sources identified are timely tracked into the CRM
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to convert leads to move in
  • Analyze competitors to develop appropriate sales actions
  • Plan and execute networking events to engage key partners and referral sources
  • Arrange and direct public relations, marketing events, and advertising in accordance with the marketing plan

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales or marketing, independent living sales a plus
  • Self-Motivated, team oriented, and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to build trust and actively listen
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of organization including executives, community teams, and owners
