R&D Depatment

At PROCENTEC R&D we work hard on delivering new products or new features for our diagnostic portfolio. We have an international team with mixed expertise like Embedded, UI, Hardware and Testing. We use the Agile process for fast delivery and continuous improvements.

As an intern you will explore new fields or technologies and research what and how we can improve our portfolio for the future. We are looking for passionate and proactive students who are willing give the R&D working environment a try and explore new technologies for the industrial automation field. 

The following Intern projects are available:

Ethernet Measurements:

Research and prototyping on hardware capable to measure Ethernet wiring.

The student shall investigate how to measure and also implement these measurements in order to deliver a proto-type.

Type of student: Bachelor or master in the end-phase of his study. Electronics design, affinity with software design.

TSN study:

Research in the field of TSN communication.

The end-goal for this project shall be a working TSN set-up and documentation answering basic theory and questions related the subject.

Type of student: Bachelor or master in the end-phase of his study. Software engineering with affinity for factory automation.

Cloud study:

Research in cloud connection, protocols, how to exchange data with a cloud system. The project will includes theory and practical parts.

Type of student: Bachelor or master in the end-phase of his study. Software engineering with affinity for factory automation.

Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning study/prototype:

Research in the field including documentation and possible ideas for project in the Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning field. Theory and practical with implementation of small test set-ups.

Type of student: Bachelor or master in the end-phase of his study. Software engineering with affinity for factory automation.

-          Minimum availability of 4 days a week.

-          Minimum of internship 5 months.
