Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and best practices.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide strategic insights for leadership.
- Oversee cash flow management, tax planning, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA required.
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally in real estate or development.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
