The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for. This position requires meticulous record-keeping skills, accuracy in data entry, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Job Description
Key Job Duties
- Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies.
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods/products.
- Identifying slow-moving, obsolete, defective, or unusable inventory and making recommendations for disposal or clearance.
- Perform frequent inventory cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory count.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area and workspace.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using inventory management software preferred

- Must have the right to work in the Bahamas.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends
- The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and a warehouse or storage facility.
