Job Description

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. This position will work with the digital marketing group and marketing teams to execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies across multiple B2C and B2B brands.

This includes keyword research and management, ad copy and extension creation, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis and campaign reporting. The candidate will be expected to improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions. This is a contract position and will report to the Digital Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage successful paid media campaigns
  • In-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Ad copy creation and editing
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
  • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customer
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across AdWords, Google Display Network and Facebook,  and using  paid media to drive website conversions and brand awareness
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills, including Google Analytics and/or WebTrends, and ability to communicate complex data effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Google Adwords certification preferred
  • Google Display Network or other display network experience
  • Social advertising experience including Facebook and Twitter
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and a keen eye for consistency
  • Versatile and adaptable to the dynamic nature of interactive marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
