Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries both telephonically and by email in multiple languages.
  • Ticket logging
  • Handle technical investigation requests directly from our Hoteliers about the Network issues
  • Communication with both Internal and External Customers
  • Commercial Support about product availability
  • Admin and Tools updates.
  • Handle contract issues and location temporary changes.
  • Internal and External Reporting

 

Qualifications

·         Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English and German

·         Technical Networking skills (preferred)

·         Excellent PC skills and a solid knowledge of Internet related applications

·         You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the driver. You are motivated and enjoy being a team-player within an international team and shift work is not a problem for you.
