We’re in growth-mode and looking for a passionate, collaborative and innovative Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our product design and engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Product Owner your role will be a little diverse but essentially your responsibilities will centre around gathering feature requirements, defining the core user problems to be solved and managing releases. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.Ultimately, you’ll help us delight our customers. 

• Incorporate new and improved capabilities into the product roadmap

• Groom and prioritize backlog

• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria

• Set sprint goals

• Monitor progress of work and address production issues during sprints

• Analyze preferences and requests of end users

• Refine our backlog based on results and client feedback

• Keep track of industry trends

What you bring to the team:

• Able to write detailed and well thought out technical product specifications for implementation by Design and Development

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management

• Experience coordinating Agile teams and hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

• Highly collaborative and able to work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and co-design fit-for-purpose solutions

• Can think strategically and work with the Senior Product Manager and other senior stakeholders to contribute to the product strategy

• Meticulous planner with proven experience effectively managing resources to deliver a product roadmap

• Strong documentation skills and an understanding of UX / Cognitive Behavioral Design patterns

• Very comfortable working with software engineering teams to co-design and deliver robust solutions

• Tech-savvy e.g. can effectively use modern product design tools and is acutely aware of the different technologies that power modern web applications
