Job Description

As we now look to scale, one of our next hires is for an Account Executive- Enterprise to join our existing small sales team. This is a critical role as we accelerate our growth and customer acquisition. We have a healthy sales pipeline, a great story to tell, true product-market fit and an engaged audience, so what we’re looking for is someone with a background in enterprise/ SaaS B2B sales who has a successful track record of growing their own pipeline and delivering predictable sales results. We really need someone who can decipher customer objectives across multiple layers of stakeholders and aligning them with a structured and well-executed sales strategy. 

So what will you be doing?

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and truly understanding their needs

  • Formulate sales strategies targeting Fortune 1000 and enterprise-scale businesses 

  • Drive the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to close

  • Build a sales pipeline using a mixture of outbound and inbound sales tactics

  • Deliver external meetings both in-person and over video 

  • Take a strategic approach to sales including personalized research, outreach as well as lead and deal qualification

  • You’ll be an individual contributor but we strongly value teamwork

  • Work closely with customer success, product, and engineering to understand our roadmap as well as customer expectations.

  • You’ll report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and you’ll receive regular support and development to ensure you stay on track to meet targets but also that your career continues to develop.  

Qualifications

So, in essence, we’re asking you to come armed with some good foundations in enterprise B2B cloud/ SaaS sales. We’re looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, driven and most of all looking to grow and develop with us.

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years of  experience in enterprise SaaS sales

  • 3+ years of experience selling 6-figure deals

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets 

  • Experience in starting or scaling businesses, you need to be able to move quickly, think strategically and execute tactically 

  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques

  • Experience with strategic executive-level prospecting

  • The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Strong business sense and an understanding of enterprise business challenges

  • No fear, we are in hyper-growth mode and need people who can get on with it
