Role: Project Manager – Planisware Implementation
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in Planisware to lead enterprise PPM solution implementations, including full-cycle planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires hands-on configuration, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Planisware.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle Planisware projects (#Planisware #ProjectLifecycle)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and gather requirements
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning (#PPM #ResourceManagement)
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure goal alignment (#RiskManagement #Compliance)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Planisware setups, dashboards, and reports
  • Promote continuous improvement of Planisware usage across teams

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in technology project management (#ProjectManagement #StakeholderEngagement)
  • Strong experience in Planisware (Enterprise/Orchestra), data migration, and MS Project
  • Solid grasp of portfolio processes: planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting (#PPMTools)
  • Expertise in Planisware architecture, admin console, and user configuration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with L1 attributes, user workflows, alerts, DMRs
  • Certifications: Planisware, PMP, Prince2 (#PMP #AgileMethodologies)
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
