Job Summary:
We're seeking a passionate Delivery Coach to guide Agile and Waterfall teams through process transformation and delivery excellence. You'll coach Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams, drive maturity assessments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
• Facilitate IPEC framework adoption and delivery process alignment
• Conduct maturity assessments and develop coaching plans
• Partner with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and performance tracking
• Support tool setup in Jira, Confluence & ServiceNow PPM

Must-Have Skills:
