We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quality Training Specialist to join our team in the FDA-regulated industry. If you are passionate about quality management and regulatory compliance, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to align training objectives with business goals and FDA standards.

• Design and develop training materials and curriculum frameworks.

• Create content for training modules including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and SOPs.

• Document all training programs accurately in accordance with FDA requirements.

• Lead periodic reviews of training programs and implement updates based on feedback.

• Provide regular reports on training program performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in training development, preferably within an FDA-regulated industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
