Job Title: Junior 4G/5G Telephony Test Engineer

Location: California & San Diego, California

Employment Type: Contract (C2C/W2)

Responsibilities:

• Test & debug Android telephony features (voice, data, messaging, eSIM, IMS, RCS, 5G).
• Analyze logs (Android, RIL, modem) & debug issues.
• Understand 4G/5G protocols (LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling).
• Develop & execute test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Generate weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in Android telephony testing & debugging.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture.
• Expertise in log analysis.
• Knowledge of 4G/5G protocols.
• Familiarity with Android carrier configs.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Python, Robot Framework).
• Knowledge of IMS & RCS technologies.
• Experience with eSIM technologies.
