ITSM (4-6 years) Service Now (4+)
•    ServiceNow   experience in the ITSM Modules , Service Catalog ,Service Portal and Reporting
•    4+ year of ServiceNow system administration
•    Migration of updatesets across all the environments
•    Experience in reporting strategy, execution and delivery for the ServiceNow reports. 
•    Experience on install new plugin, enable new modules and version upgrades for ServiceNow
•    Experience in importing data to ServiceNow from other  system using transform maps
•    Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS and HTML/CSS 
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
•    Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues
•    Come-up with best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learnt
•    Perform the delivery using agile methodologies. 
•    Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures. 
•    ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not necessary. 
•    Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally 
•    Flexible work style and experience managing to defined deadlines and work under tight time constraints. 
•    Experience in relational database systems and MS SQL queries 
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills 
•    Logical and efficient with Keen attention to details
•    Strong data driven approach to all scenarios. Gather insights to backup any feature ideas and ensure any new features are instrumented appropriately for future insights.
