Responsibilities:
- Ensure  servers are highly available
- Monitor, Validate the system using Splunk / Hubble to ensure to ensure uptime
- Modify / update alerts to reduce the Signal-to-noise ratio
- Debug issues to analyze the root cause, clearly commmunicate the impact and mitigation plan
- Effectively communicate with partners about Integration points.
- Participate in Production release, pager duty
 
Skills:
• Expertise in production support - Application with Java, Databases
• Expertise in Splunk or similar monitoring platforms
• Hubble, Nagios, monitoring experience is an additional value, not a must
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
