Role:                     Linux Ubuntu Desktop Support Engineer

• Linux Ubuntu desktop subject matter expert.
• Windows standard desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
• IMac support - Good to have
• SCCM - packaging and imaging, Outlook, familiarity with one note
• Knowledgeable about smartphones - a few Macs, but it's rare; Linux is common
• Active Directory, adding groups, creating/deleting user accounts,
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Team breakdown Break/fix techs and refresh tech's
• Refresh - imaging, creating objects, creating groups in AD, install image, backup user data and upload to new device
• Boot up with a CD and pick what image is needed and upload
• Incident management, exposure in ITSM ticket client experience.
