3 yrs.

•             Must have 4 to 6 years of TIBCO MDM experience with strong domain knowledge in Customer Domain

•             First-hand experience with at least 2-3 large to medium scale TIBCO MDM implementation projects using Active Space, Pattern and Trillium (Data Quality) 

•             Hands-on experience with conceptualizing, designing and configuring MDM UI, workflows and rules for complex business processes preferably in customer domain

•             Install, Administrator Upgrade and Manage TIBCO MDM 8.3.2, Active Space, Pattern and Trillium (Data Quality)

•             Troubleshooting the TIBCO MDM technology including JBOSS, Active Space, Pattern, Trillium and Oracle Exadata SQL’s.

•             Linux Knowledge to work on Linux environments, scripting for application deployments, monitoring, etc..

•             Good knowledge on TIBCO Business Works,  EMS, hawk and TIBCO Application Deployments

8 plus

•             Demonstrated experience in writing first-class architecture and design documentation with clear flow and elaborations

•             Able to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision and always wear can-do attitude

•             Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, communication, and leadership

•             Proactively serve as a troubleshooting resource and subject matter expert across the team
