Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Worked on global Transition and Transformation complex projects involving virtual teams

• Should have good exposure and experience of managing virtual teams

• Ability to handle multiple small Transition projects / phases / waves

• Possess sound knowledge of IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Management

• Global IT Certifications such as Prince-2 or PMP and ITIL foundation V3.0 are desirable

• Capability to act as a technical expert within the domain.

• Sound knowledge of two Infrastructure Skill Set Areas such as WAN LAN, Server Hardware, OS, Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling, New Site setup, Datacenter Management, Infrastructure management tools and Service Desk Management.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to undertake initiatives

• Flexible and adaptable in meeting global delivery requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio and MS projects

• Must have worked in large heterogeneous IT Environment
