Experience Level: Sr Engineer: 8-11yrs or Lead engineer 12+ yrs Location Warren, MI
Products to be designed : Inj Moulded Ducts, Blow Moulded ducts

Skill Set (JD)
a. Good working knowledge of the Mfg. processes of Injection molding and their consequential elements in product design. Knowledge of Blow Moulding is preferred, however not mandatory. But the engineer must be given some background training on blow moulding prior to placing at the client location
b. Good CAD software skills : independently be able to work on the CAD machine, make parts, 3D model development and 2D drawing development by himself/herself.
c. Good Communication skills(must): to participate and conduct design reviews with multiple stakeholders and drive to conclusions suitable to the company’s production requirements. The candidate will be intermediary between the customer and the company.
d. Good knowledge of Duct design and parameters. Including assembly process awareness to IP(Vibration welding, Ultrasonic Welding etc)
e. NX for Requirement with Centre knowledge;
