Job Description

TampaBay DSL Inc dba PBX-Change & Tampa Bay Fiber, located in Tampa, Florida is seeking a talented, charismatic professional to join our Inside Sales Team. This new team member must possess strong enthusiasm and a motivation to positively contribute to our rapidly growing company.

Candidates should possess a willingness to learn our proprietary technologies and processes and take responsibility for all individual skills from sourcing & scrubbing leads to setting sales appointments.

The ideal associate desires to surpass our standards for making cold calls and setting sales appointments for our Internet services and Hosted Voice technology platform that are all designed to help business owners grow their companies.

You will work closely with our existing sales team to assist them in reaching their goals and company growth objectives, and should be able to provide answers to questions about any market place trends you are observing during your calling efforts.

You will have the ability to promptly set appointments on various outside sales agents’ calendars to ensure success for your dialing efforts. As a successful associate, you will stay informed and up to date with our product features to present flawlessly to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success through excellent solution sales service

  • Cultivate expert knowledge of the company’s lines of service and technology

  • Assess client needs and provide proficient assistance and information on behalf of PBX-Change & Tampa Bay Fiber

  • Serve as a single point of contact to our potential clients in the scheduling of their sales and demo appointments

  • Contact self-generated leads and new clients, make a minimum 40 outbound dials per day having quality conversations with clients and prospects

  • Track sales and activities and channel the information via Infusion Soft

  • Self-develop then implement proactive prospecting and valuable selling methodology

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred, however equivalent experience is acceptable.

  • Demonstrate a motivation to learn and develop new skills

  • Adaptable and desire to work in an exciting and competitive sales environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 1+ years of sales and marketing experience with a desire to build an incredible, long term future

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, either Salesforce.com or Infusion Soft
