PAKS Logistics is hiring full-time Amazon Delivery Drivers to deliver packages in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
• Deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information
• Load and unload packages for your route
• Navigate delivery routes across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan
• Provide excellent customer service during every delivery
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy

What We Offer

• $21.50 starting pay
• Up to $22/hour within 6 months + bonuses
• Guaranteed pay after 90 days (even if you finish early)
• 3–4 day work week
• Schedule set a full year in advance
• Optional overtime available

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts (10:15 AM – 9:00 PM)
• 3–4 days per week
• Work two weekends on, two weekends off

Qualifications: All Delivery Drivers must:

• Must be 21 years or old with a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a 7-year background and motor vehicle check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the day
• Stay on your feet for 8–10 hours per shift
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
