PA. Bringing Ingenuity to Life

Job Description

Are you motivated by the challenge of enabling organisations to achieve real, measurable results—not just by adopting new frameworks or chasing the latest trends? Do you thrive on transforming the mindset, operations, and value delivery of complex organisations? If you are passionate about strategy, driving lasting organisational change, and building true business agility, we want to hear from you.

We are a leading consultancy and recognised thought leader in organisational agility and enterprise transformation. Our mission is to help clients move beyond the "agile hype" and superficial coaching, embedding real strategic agility—enabling them to adapt, prioritise, and deliver value at pace in a constantly changing environment.

Due to growing demand, we are expanding our team of experienced transformation professionals. We are looking for individuals with deep expertise in strategy execution, operating model design, product management, and Lean Portfolio Management.

In this role, you will work with leading organisations in sectors such as Energy, Transport, Defence, and beyond. Our projects span the UK, Nordics, US, and Australia, and we are seeing increasing opportunities for international assignments.

What You will do

As part of our Agile practice, you will:

  • Design and embed practices that help clients realise tangible outcomes, not just adopt agile ceremonies
  • Re-wire operating models to build adaptive, high-performing organisations that can continuously respond to change
  • Connect corporate strategy to real work, ensuring teams are focused on the right priorities at the right time
  • Shape new ways of working across organisational boundaries - engineering, operations, commercial, shared services and frontline teams
  • Work side-by-side with clients, building capability through blended, co-delivered transformation
  • Contribute to a thriving community of practitioners across agile, digital, operating models, strategy and organisational change

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 – 5 years of experience working in an agile context.
  • You have worked as a consultant and are comfortable with client communication, requirements gathering, and delivery.
  • Academic Qualification: Candidates must possess a recognized academic degree (bachelor's level or higher) in a relevant field to be eligible for this position

Meritorious:

  • Practical experience designing and implementing organisational change, operating models, or driving agile delivery projects.
  • Coaching, Lean, Flow, Product, or Agile certifications (framework-neutral preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with agile portfolio management, including portfolio Kanban, value stream visibility, dynamic funding, and implementing outcome-focused governance.

Additional Information
