Job Description

We are looking for talented and ambitious consultants, based in the Netherlands, with experience from the aviation industry to strengthen our team.

You will join both a local and a global world-class team that, together with a strong partner group, works on some of the most complex challenges in the industry.

As part of expanding our European presence within aviation, you will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues across borders. We therefore seek candidates who thrive in both national and international environments and who bring strong collaboration skills.

In this role, you will support or lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients. You will also contribute to business development for both new and existing clients by supporting proposal work, sharing insights and shaping service offerings that address strategic client needs.

You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor who translates complex issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.

We are looking for candidates who are curious, ambitious and eager to learn. As you should expect to be managing projects with responsibility for leading other consultants, we are seeking someone with a minimum of five years’ management consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.

• You are methodical and analytically strong with the ability to understand and solve complex issues

• You are comfortable working in high‑paced environments
• You are energetic, positive and goal‑oriented, with a commitment to delivering excellence
• You are a strong team player who recognises that we achieve better results together
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
