Job Description

Primarily to provide Specialist-level Business Support to Financial Services Go-to-Market lead and one other Financial Services Partner alongside support to the wider Financial Services Go-to-Market.

Working as a senior member of the Business Support team, the role requires someone with exceptional relationship-building skills, and proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. This Specialist role demands strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment with leadership objectives.

  • Advanced and complex diary management for the Financial Services Go-to-Market lead including UK and international travel arrangements across time zones.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning of the lead’s diary, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of upcoming meetings, ensuring the lead has the relevant papers and briefings prior to meetings, prioritising these as appropriate - adapting quickly to changes to ensure smooth and effective use of the leads time.
  • Exercise judgment and flexibility in managing potential conflicting diary issues in a tactful and sensitive manner, being conscious of business priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other PAs from across the organisation and develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues
  • Proactive inbox management with autonomous decision-making authority and executive-level gatekeeping
  • Manage the submission of Partner expenses on a weekly basis with full compliance oversight and policy adherence
  • Meeting support including, action taking, booking rooms, registering guests, booking catering.
  • Provide ad-hoc cover for Business Support team members in hub during times of absence
  • Support to client facing propositions and initiatives lead by the partners you will support such as arranging internal team meetings, promoting external client events, preparing documents, action taking/tracking.

  • Lead on the coordinating the annual performance appraisal process, adhering to corporate procedures and deadlines
    Acting as the primary point of contact and assisting in the management of the day to day running of the Financial Services Go-to-market through various administration processes including, weekly pipeline progression calls and action tracking.

  • Maintaining internal budgets, collating monthly recognition awards, and ensuring policies are adhered to
  • Organising and facilitating leadership team meetings
  • Lead on event management for leadership team away days
  • Work closely with the people operations team with high level data confidential tracking of performance management issues

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience of running a diary for a busy C suite or senior leader in a corporate environment.
  • Be an excellent communicator and have great organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • A responsive, flexible attitude with the ability to use own intuition and initiative to manage demanding priorities often in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of key Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams effectively.
