With your strong technical background, you will be comfortable working closely alongside both strategy and technical consultants to shape impactful digital strategies, particularly around data and application architecture, legacy modernisation, and enabling AI initiatives for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to take on more hands-on leadership roles in major implementation programmes, guiding teams of software engineers to deliver transformative results in large and complex mission critical environments.

- Deliver strategic 'build vs buy vs blend' assessments and help clients make informed, realistic decisions about their technical transitions.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams in executing large-scale system modernisation and strategic application implementation initiatives, balancing strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on oversight where necessary.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly articulating complex technical and architectural concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in at every level of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Flexible mindset and genuine enthusiasm for balancing strategic advisory roles with practical, hands-on engineering project involvement.
- Deep experience as a hands-on engineer with some exposure to strategic advisory and implementation initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of application/data architectures, technical strategies, and legacy modernisation, especially within the context of enabling scalable AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and/or relevant methodologies, with the ability to facilitate strategic design and technical discovery sessions (event storming, defining bounded contexts).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring strategic alignment across projects.
