Management consultants with organisational agility expertise
- Full-time
Job Description
Are you ready to join an inspiring global team that leads the way in Agile advisory? At PA Consulting, we help clients, from the largest and most complex organisations to start-ups wanting to scale at pace. We are the leading consultancy and thought leaders in organisational agility, and we have unparalleled experience and insights. We have accelerated drug development, contributed to the transition to green energy and reimagined visas and immigration. We have also taken business agility to consumer companies and improved innovation and manufacturing quality whilst radically reducing time to market for new products.
We are looking for passionate and ambitious people with an interest in agile transformation to join our team in Copenhagen. You will work with colleagues across PA to deliver exciting assignments while gaining hands-on experience designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients. We are looking for new colleagues with between two and five years of experience. While experience with agile methodologies is valuable, the ability to communicate effectively, organise work, solve problems, and present information clearly is of greater importance to us for this position.
In collaboration with your colleagues from across PA, you will not only be part of delivering some of our most exciting assignments across our portfolio – you will also get a chance to do hands-on work designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients.
What you will do:
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with talented colleagues from across PA.
- Contribute to designing innovative solutions that help our clients succeed.
- Become part of a dynamic, global Agile community that shares knowledge and fosters innovation.
At PA, we believe that value is created in collaboration and by working shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients. You will be part of an international environment where we value teamwork, sparring and feedback. It is also an environment that requires learning and new knowledge so we can deliver brilliant work to our clients. With us, you will follow the latest developments in the field, while at the same time having access to training and certifications. We are therefore looking for someone with an open and curious approach to solving challenges and who is driven by acquiring new knowledge and turning this into action.
Your employment with us starts with a thorough introduction. To support your development, you will from day one be assigned a manager and a buddy who, together with you, will prepare a development plan adapted to your skills and interests.
Qualifications
You must have:
- At least two years of experience within management consulting, internal consulting roles, or similar positions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills.
- A strong interest in and passion for business transformation, process improvement, or new ways of working.
- A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile capability and grow the people around you, alongside delivering high-quality work with our clients.
We are looking for a variety of profiles, and if you have experience with one or more of the below it would be a plus, although not a requirement:
- Working in or supporting agile teams.
- Working with product management, for example as product owner responsible for managing a product end-to-end and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a product-focused approach, introducing design thinking practices into teams etc.
- An understanding of lean portfolio management, incl. hands-on experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation, capacity management, OKRs etc.
- Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels.
We know job descriptions can sometimes feel like a checklist—if you don’t meet every single requirement but are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
