You may have found it! This role will sit across both our People Operations and Talent Operations team allowing the individual to gain an insight into both areas of HR. Your role will incorporate processing administration elements of the employee lifecycle from job offer through to our employee's leaving PA, alongside being responsible for all recruitment process administration. 

Within the Talent Operations team, you will be working very closely with our experienced recruiters in taking responsibility for the end-to-end interview process, delivering a superb experience to both hiring managers and candidates. This includes;

  • Taking responsibility for the co-ordination of the recruitment process for large volumes of candidates from first interview through to verbal offer
  • Managing and prioritising candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure a smooth running and timely process
  • Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers working with multiple time-zones
  • Raising complex purchase orders for agencies and search firms
  • Managing interview logistics – room bookings, catering requirements and scheduling internal feedback meetings

On the People Operations side, the team are the first line support for HR queries within the business and provide support to the wider people team. Within the role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Get to know the business through a large number of day-to-day queries and inbox management
  • Work closely with the HR team in the UK as well as liaising with key contacts within the business
  • Support with the many administration processes run by our team to support our employees through their time at PA which could include offer letters and the onboarding process, family leave related policies, sickness absence, sabbaticals, promotions, right to work requirements, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment to name a few

Overall, we are a friendly and engaged team of 16, whom all operate in a busy and varied environment where no one day is the same!

Qualifications

About you

Demonstrable experience of any kind of busy administrative role would be an advantage. HR / recruitment experience is not required, but hugely advantageous.

  • You’ll have excellent attention to detail and have well developed organisation and time management skills
  • You are able to prioritise your workload and using your initiative when something unplanned comes up.
  • You will be able to use information systems including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
  • As an excellent communicator you’ll easily communicate with a diverse client group.
