Job Description

We are looking for a Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Personal Tax & Share Plan function. This will be a hybrid working role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To administer tax efficient employee benefits including cycle to work and electric vehicle plans for PA’s UK employees
  • To administer bonus planning initiatives for PA people globally
  • To assist the Employment Taxes Manager with reporting of taxable benefits in the UK, Norway and Denmark
  • To assist with PA’s UK employment tax reporting to HMRC
  • To assist the wider share and tax team on communicating reward and benefits to PA employees
  • Organising payment of invoices for the department
  • To lead data collection and analysis for tax reporting.
  • Administration of benefit plans
  • Keep internal and external website up to date.

Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge of personal tax may be helpful but is not required.
  • Experienced Microsoft Office user.
  • Competent administrator capable of managing large volumes of data in excel.
  • Analytical mind with great attention to detail
  • Capable of communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to manage a diverse range of tasks with competing deadline
  • Capable of learning and using new software/tools to manage communications
