We are expanding rapidly and are looking for experienced consultants with proven business transformation, project implementation and procurement expertise to join our team. As a management consultant in PA, you will get a chance to tackle some of the largest, most complex business transformation challenges and work alongside interesting clients, covering both public and private sector. You will become a key contributor to the shaping and sharing of our knowledge and insights about trends in the market and continuously improve our methods and frameworks to deliver even greater client value.

Management consultants in PA have diverse backgrounds with the ability to drive and manage the required changes in an organisation. Our consultants contribute to the development of recommendations and solutions as well as taking a proactive role in the planning and implementation of desired business outcomes. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients’ targeted outcomes are achieved. Our consultants are also responsible for managing stakeholder relationships as they leverage their knowledge and expertise in their role as advisors to our clients. This role requires excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as we value the personal growth of our consultants, both as advisors and as leaders of themselves and others. Essential requirements for the role:  

• Have three-five years of professional experience of management consulting 
• Demonstrate solid project management skills and the ability to work in complex environments 
• Experience in driving workstreams, ideally in transformation, implementation and/or procurement projects 
• Ability to solve complex problems, draw conclusions and present recommendations  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders  
• Are motivated by networking and have a flair for working in many different forms of teams 
• An interest in areas such as manufacturing, finance, energy and utilities, transport and public services 
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
