Qualifications

Necessary

  • At least 8-10  years of experience, preferably with a human capital firm (Korn Ferry, KinCentric, or HC practice in a broader consulting firm)
  • Areas of Expertise: Leadership, Talent Planning and Assessment, Teams, and Culture; Diversity and Inclusion; The Employee Experience (Total Rewards)
  • Survey and Assessment Design; Data Analysis and Visualization, Statistical Analysis
  • Certified at conducting psychometric assessments (culture/leadership/individual)
  • Client Relationships (at Fortune 100/500)
  • Graduate Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or Social Sciences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HLS clients – Pharma, Medtech, and Biotech Or Experience with Energy
  • Coaching Experience (Certification would be great but not necessary)
  • Assessment Certifications
  • Thought leadership/publications
  • Demonstrated interest in creating innovative teams and cultures
