As part of the TA team, you will have accountability for the US strategy/implementation of our executive recruitment – you will be accountable for attraction, sourcing, assessment and recruitment of our US Partners.  This opportunity would suit an experienced TA expert who is looking for a role that will allow them to engage with senior levels of the business and have the influence that comes with that. 

 

Job Description

What you will do

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate with Partners and TA/HR to support the ambitious growth plans that PA Consulting has in the United States
  • You will deliver the full TA cycle – sourcing/talent identification, managing the evaluation process, offer negotiations and onboarding for all Partner candidates
  • Managing multiple sourcing strategies across social channels, external events and internal/external networks to source talent and build the PA Consulting employer brand
  • Create candidate profiles and briefs to support the sourcing, selection and recruitment of high-quality candidates
  • Act as a subject matter expert to key internal stakeholders to engage and influence consistent and effective TA processes
  • Actively contribute to promoting PA Consulting as an employer of choice by delivering a great candidate experience

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Experience in executive-level recruitment, preferably with professional services expertise, in an internal or executive search role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience of working with senior management
  • Confident at influencing and providing advice combined with great communication skills
  • Confident at managing relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders
  • High energy and personally resilient with the ability to manage competing demands in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Great partnering and teaming skills – ability to support others in a collegiate working environment and build internal networks to solve problems
